Chief Financial Officer: Over three-and-a-half decades, I’ve led finance teams overseeing an $8 million budget while managing s line of credit of $500,000—optimizing performance and delivering transparent, actionable insights to executive leadership

Strategic Planner: I excel at crafting long-term financial roadmaps that align operational goals with Grantors and Board of Directors expectations.

Risk & Compliance Champion: With an eagle eye for regulatory nuances, I’ve built frameworks that minimize financial exposure while fostering a culture of accountability.

My Philosophy

Born in Camden, NJ he has been a lifelong resident of South Jersey. Upon graduation from High School he enlisted in the US Army. While in the Army he attended College at night and eventually graduated from Camden Count College with an Associated in Science degree.

While serving in the Army Reserve as part of a Combat Engineering Company he was trained in construction and building renovations as a supervisor eventually being promoted to Sergeant.

He used his interests in computers to help develop and support the Charitable Computer Initiative in Burlington, NJ with the Boys and Girls Club of America that donated over 200 refurbished computers to under privileged youth.

In 2001 he started DRL Technical Services. Inc. which then became RLK Tech, LLC in 2006 which he continues to own and operate.

In 2008 he was finally able to fulfill his own dream of building his own house from the ground up. He spent 4 years working full time while running his business and constructing every aspect of his home from framing, electrical, plumbing, roofing, drywall, HVAC and siding until he received his final CO in 2012.

After building his own home he realized how empowering it is to be a home owner and want to see others realize their dream of home ownership.
